How to Register for TruHerd

Welcome to TruHerd, your comprehensive solution for animal inventory, ranch management, and animal marketplace needs. Follow these simple steps to set up your account and start managing your enterprise efficiently.

Step 1: Create Your Account

To begin, you'll need to provide some basic information to set up your account:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Password
• Email Address
  

1. Fill in these details on the sign-up page and click "Next" to proceed to setting up your enterprise.

Step 2: Set Up Your Enterprise

An enterprise represents the overarching structure of your business entities and operations on our platform. Here, you can detail your enterprise:

• Enterprise Name (e.g., Bruce Wayne Enterprises)
• Logo (optional, but recommended): You can upload a logo for your enterprise.
• Additional Information about your enterprise (optional)

Once you've entered the information, click "Next" to describe your entities.

Step 3: Define Your Entities

Entities are the various operational units under your enterprise, such as LLCs, LLPs, sole proprietorships, etc. For each entity, provide:

• Entity Type (LLC, LLP, etc.)
• Registered Address
  
• Entity Logo (optional, but recommended)
• Mailing Address
• State Agriculture Number and other IDs if you have them

This information is crucial for the proper management, as well as legal transfer of animals within the platform.

Step 4: Register Your Ranch

Next, specify the location where your animals are housed:

• Ranch Name
• Ranch Logo (optional, but recommended)
• Physical Address of the ranch

This will create your first ranch operation, automatically linked to your enterprise and entity.

Step 5: Finalize Your Registration

Review all the information you've entered. If everything is correct, submit your registration to complete the setup of your account. You will then have access to your dashboard where you can manage your herds, buy or sell animals, and much more.
